১. প্রেরিত পুস্তকের ধারাবাহিকতা হল খ্রীষ্টের দেহের বাস্তবতা হিসেবে সিদ্ধ ঈশ্বর-মানুষের সম্মিলিত জীবনযাত্রার সাথে খ্রীষ্টের ধারাবাহিকতা—২৮:৩১: 
ক. প্রভু বলেছেন, "আমার পিতা সব সময় কাজ করছেন এবং আমিও করছি " (যোহন ৫:১৭); এটি দেখায় যে শয়তানের বিদ্রোহ এবং মানুষের পতনের পর থেকে ঈশ্বর এখন পর্যন্ত কাজ করছেন, এবং প্রভুও কাজ করছেন।

 খ. প্রেরিত পুস্তকটি ঈশ্বরের কাজের একটি রেকর্ড; প্রেরিত ২৮ অধ্যায়ের পরে ঈশ্বরের অনেক পাত্র এখনও তাঁর কাজ চালিয়ে যাচ্ছে; তাঁর কাজ অব্যাহত রয়েছে এবং থামেনি। 

গ. রাজ্য পর্যন্ত এমনকি নতুন স্বর্গ ও নতুন পৃথিবী পর্যন্ত তাঁর কাজ চলবে; ঈশ্বর সর্বদা অগ্রসর হন; তিনি কখনও থামেন না;  যদি আমরা এটা জানি এবং এতে বিশ্বাস করি, তাহলে আমরা প্রভুর প্রশংসা করব; নতুন যিরুশালেমের মতো, তাঁর দাসরাও তাঁর পুরোহিত হিসেবে সেবা করবে—প্রকাশিত বাক্য ২২:৩; প্রেরিত ১৩:৩৬ক।

প্রাত:কালীন প্রতিপালন
প্রেরিত ২৮:৩১ তিনি সাহসের সংগে বিনা বাধায় ঈশ্বরের রাজ্যের বিষয়ে প্রচার করতেন এবং প্রভু যীশু খ্রীষ্টের বিষয়ে শিক্ষা দিতেন।

 যোহন ৫:১৭ তখন তিনি সেই নেতাদের বললেন,  আমার পিতা সব সময় কাজ করছেন এবং আমিও করছি।

যখন আপনি প্রেরিত ২৮ পদ পড়েন, তখন আপনার মনে হয় যেন পুস্তকটি এখনও শেষ হয়নি। এই পুস্তকটির কোনও শেষ নেই। প্রেরিত পুস্তক একটি অন্তহীন পুস্তক কারণ এই পুস্তকটি এখনও অব্যাহত রয়েছে। সম্ভবত প্রথম শতাব্দীর প্রেরিত পুস্তক শেষ হয়ে গেছে, কিন্তু সম্পূর্ণরূপে প্রেরিত পুস্তক এখনও শেষ হয়নি। এখন পর্যন্ত আমাদের কাছে প্রেরিত পুস্তক রয়েছে।

 প্রভু বলেছেন, “আমার পিতা এখনও কাজ করছেন, আর আমিও কাজ করছি” (যোহন ৫:১৭)। এটি দেখায় যে শয়তানের বিদ্রোহ এবং মানুষের পতনের পর থেকে, ঈশ্বর এখনও পর্যন্ত কাজ করে আসছেন এবং প্রভুও কাজ করছেন। প্রেরিত পুস্তক কী? প্রেরিত পুস্তক পৌলের কাজের বিবরণী বা পিতর বা যোহনের কাজের বিবরণী নয়। প্রেরিত পুস্তক ঈশ্বরের কাজের বিবরণী। কে বলতে পারে যে প্রেরিত পুস্তক ২৮ অধ্যায়ের পরে ঈশ্বর কোনও কাজ করেননি? 
 

আজকের পাঠ 

প্রেরিত পুস্তকের কোনও শেষ নেই। ২৮ অধ্যায়ের পরে, ঈশ্বরের অনেক পাত্র এখনও তাঁর কাজ চালিয়ে যাচ্ছে। তাঁর কাজ অব্যাহত রয়েছে এবং থামেনি। পৌল দুই বছর রোমে কাজ করার পরেও সবকিছু শেষ হয়নি। পৌল রোমে বসবাস করেছিলেন এবং পরে স্বাক্ষ্যমর হন। এই বিষয়গুলির কোনওটিই প্রেরিত পুস্তকে লিপিবদ্ধ করা হয়নি। পিতর, পৌল এবং যোহন তিনজন গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ব্যক্তি, তবুও তাদের কোনও পরিণতি লিপিবদ্ধ করা হয়নি।  আমরা কীভাবে বলতে পারি যে প্রেরিত পুস্তক শেষ হয়ে গেছে? ঈশ্বরের সাক্ষ্য কখনও শেষ হতে পারে না। আমরা একই কথা বলতে পারি, এমনকি যদি ঊনত্রিশতম অধ্যায়, ত্রিশতম অধ্যায়, এমনকি একশতম অধ্যায়ও থাকে। যদি কেউ আরও লিখতে চায়, তাহলে নতুন জিনিস যোগ করা যেতে পারে। এই কারণেই প্রেরিত পুস্তক ২৮ অধ্যায়ে থেমে যায়। যদিও লিখিত রেকর্ড ২৮ অধ্যায়ের পরে আর অব্যাহত থাকেনি, তবুও ঈশ্বরের কাজ চলছে। প্রথম শতাব্দীতে কাজ সর্বোচ্চ ছিল না। চার হাজার বছর ধরে, ঈশ্বর কাজ করে আসছেন। যদি আমরা বলি যে প্রেরিত পুস্তক ২৮ অধ্যায় ছিল সর্বোচ্চ, তাহলে আমরা অবশ্যই পাহাড়ের নীচে আছি; আমরা অবশ্যই সর্বোচ্চ থেকে নেমে এসেছি। এটি সত্য নয়, কারণ প্রভু বলেছেন, "আমার পিতা এখনও পর্যন্ত কাজ করছেন, এবং আমিও কাজ করছি।" আমাদের ধরে নেওয়া উচিত নয় যে পৌলের সময়ে ঈশ্বরের কাজ সর্বোচ্চ পর্যায়ে পৌঁছেছিল, এবং আমাদের বিবেচনা করা উচিত নয় যে মার্টিন লুথারের সময়েও ঈশ্বরের কাজ সর্বোচ্চ পর্যায়ে পৌঁছেছিল।  না, প্রথম শতাব্দী ঈশ্বরের কাজের সমাপ্তি ছিল না, ষোড়শ শতাব্দীও তাঁর কাজের সমাপ্তি ছিল না। এমনকি গত শতাব্দীও ঈশ্বরের কাজের সমাপ্তি ছিল না। তাঁর কাজ রাজ্যের আগমন পর্যন্ত এবং এমনকি নতুন স্বর্গ ও নতুন পৃথিবী পর্যন্ত চলবে। ঈশ্বর সর্বদা এগিয়ে চলেছেন; তিনি কখনও থামেন না। যদি আমরা এটি জানি এবং এতে বিশ্বাস করি, তাহলে আমরা আমাদের প্রভুর প্রশংসা করব।
মানুষের সর্বদা একটি ভুল ধারণা থাকে যে তার যুগ মন্ডলীর সবচেয়ে খারাপ যুগ। মার্টিন লুথারের সময়ে কেউ কেউ এইভাবে ভেবেছিলেন। জন ওয়েসলির সময়ে কেউ কেউ এইভাবে ভেবেছিলেন। আমরা মার্টিন লুথারের সময়কে একটি দুর্দান্ত যুগ এবং জন ওয়েসলির সময়কেও একটি দুর্দান্ত যুগ বলে মনে করি। যদিও আমরা তাদের যুগকে অসাধারণ মনে করি, আমাদের পঞ্চাশ বছর পরে যারা আসবে তারা বলবে যে আমরা একটি দুর্দান্ত যুগে ছিলাম। আমরা ভয় পাই যে মানুষ থামবে। কিন্তু ঈশ্বর কখনও থামেন না। প্রতি বছর, তিনি জানেন তিনি কী করছেন, এবং তিনি জানেন তিনি কতটা কাজ করবেন। প্রতি বছর, তিনি যা করতে চান তা করেন। তিনি এমন একজন ঈশ্বর যিনি দিনে দিনে এগিয়ে যান; তিনি সর্বদা এগিয়ে চলেছেন।  হাল্লেলুইয়া! ঈশ্বর এমন একজন ঈশ্বর যিনি অগ্রসর হতে থাকেন!
ঈশ্বর যখনই অগ্রসর হন, তিনি কিছু পাত্র খুঁজে পান। প্রেরিত পুস্তকে, ঈশ্বর কিছু পাত্র খুঁজে পান। মার্টিন লুথারের সময়ে, ঈশ্বর একটি পাত্র খুঁজে পান এবং জন ওয়েসলির সময়েও, তিনি একটি পাত্র খুঁজে পান। যখনই আধ্যাত্মিক পুনরুজ্জীবন ঘটে, তখনই ঈশ্বর কিছু পাত্র খুঁজে পান। আজ ঈশ্বরের পাত্র কোথায়? এটা সত্য যে পিতা এখনও পর্যন্ত কাজ করছেন। কিন্তু কে তাঁর সাথে একসাথে কাজ করে চলেছে? কে বলতে পারে, "আমিও কাজ করছি"? এটিই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ প্রশ্ন।

ONE ACCORD AND CRUCIAL ASPECTS OF THE BOOK OF ACTS

WEEK 1 — DAY 1

I. The continuation of the book of Acts is the con-tinuation of Christ with the corporate living of the perfected God-men as the reality of the Body of Christ—28:31: A. The Lord said, “My Father is working until now, and I also am working” (John 5:17); this shows that since the rebellion of Satan and the fall of man, God has been working until now, and the Lord also is working. B. The book of Acts is a record of the work of God; after Acts 28 many of God’s vessels are still carrying on with His work; His work is continuing and has not stopped. C. His work will go on until the kingdom and even until the new heaven and new earth; God is always ad-vancing; He never stops; if we know this and believe in this, we will praise the Lord; even as the New Jeru-salem, His slaves will serve Him as priests—Rev. 22:3; cf. Acts 13:36a.
 

Morning Nourishment
Acts 28:31 Proclaiming the kingdom of God and teaching the things concerning the Lord Jesus Christ with all boldness, unhindered. John 5:17 But Jesus answered them, My Father is work-ing until now, and I also am working. 
 

When you read Acts 28, you feel as if the book has not yet concluded. This book does not have an ending. The Acts of the Apostles is a book without an ending because this book is still being continued. Perhaps the acts of the first-century apostles have ended, but the book of Acts as a whole has not yet ended. Until now we still have the Acts of the Apostles with us.

The Lord said, “My Father is working until now, and I also am working” (John 5:17). This shows that since the rebellion of Satan and the fall of man, God has been working until now, and the Lord is also working. What is the book of Acts? The book of Acts is not a record of the work of Paul or a record of the work of Peter or John. The book of Acts is a record of the work of God. Who can say that God has done no work after Acts 28? ( CWWN,  vol. 37, p. 121)
 

Today’s Reading
The book of Acts does not have an ending. After chapter 28, many of God’s vessels are still carrying on with His work. His work is continuing and has not stopped. Every thing was not over after Paul worked in Rome for two years. Paul lived in Rome and was later martyred. None of these things are re-corded in the book of Acts. Peter, Paul, and John are three important persons, yet none of their endings were recorded. How can we say that the book of Acts has ended? God’s tes-timony can never be finished. We could say the same thing even if there was a twenty-ninth chapter, or a thirtieth chap-ter, or even a hundredth chapter. If one wanted to write more, new things could always be added. This is why Acts stops at chapter 28. Although the written record no longer continued after chapter 28, God’s work has been going on. The work in the first century was not the peak. For four thousand years, God has been working. If we say that Acts 28 was the peak, we must be at the bottom of the hill; we must have come down from the peak. This is not true, be cause the Lord said, “My Father is working until now, and I also am working.” We should not assume that God’s work reached its peak at the time of Paul, and we should not consider that God’s work reached its peak at the time of Martin Luther either. No, the first century was not the end of God’s work, nor was the six-teenth century the end of His work. Even last century was not the end of God’s work. His work will go on until the kingdom and even until the new heaven and the new earth. God is al-ways advancing; He never stops. If we know this and believe in this, we will praise our Lord.
Man always has a misconception that his age is the worst age of the church. At the time of Martin Luther some thought this way. At the time of John Wesley some thought this way. We con-sider Martin Luther’s time a marvelous age and John Wesley’s time a marvelous age also. While we consider their ages mar-velous, some who come fifty years after us will say that we were at a marvelous age. We are afraid that man will stop. But God never stops. Every year, He knows what He is doing, and He knows how much He will work. Every year, He does what He wants to do. He is a God who goes on day by day; He is always advancing. Hallelujah! God is a God who keeps on advancing!
Every time God advances, He finds some vessels. In the book of Acts, God found some vessels. At the time of Martin Luther, God found a vessel, and at the time of John Wesley, He also found a vessel. Every time there is a spiritual revival, God finds some vessels. Where is God’s vessel today? It is true that the Father is working until now. But who is continuing to work together with Him? Who can say, “I also am working”? This is the cru-cial question. ( CWWN,  vol. 37, pp. 121-123)
